"Doom City, is a bright Antipodean DIPA. They have pushed the mash filter near as far as it can go, with a grist of over 40% Oats on this one and a hefty lashing of Wheat and Maris to boot too. Slightly crisper water, same peachy London Ale III ester and supple texture"
