What's Included?
- Home visit service call-out by one of our experienced dispense technicians
- Checks of gas settings, temperature settings, flow speeds, water levels etc.
- Line Clean using Pipeline Beer Cleaning Solution
- Strip, Replace O-rings, Grease & Rebuild tap (If Necessary)
- Advice on possible improvements for system
- Checking of cleanliness/condition of overall system
- Follow up invoices for parts used/improvements made
- Honest endeavour to improve the quality of your home bar pints
What do I need to do after paying for this product service?
We need you to send images of your home set-up to sales@brewcrew.ie ahead of delivery
For your best chance of success, we advise that you also purchase fresh beer as part of your delivery, or have a fresh untapped keg ready for us.
Why do I have to send you Pictures?
Pictures allow us to prepare for your service. Moreover, they encourage us to anticipate the changes we would see fit if yours was our own system.
Why Am I paying €120 upfront?
The minimum cost of labour is €60. Even if you're just looking for a basic service or a straightforward fix, we require the full inspection fee to allow for up to two hours work.
Do I have to pay for delivery as well?
Yes, delivery of goods and services is charged at a separate rate base don your location.
What entitles me to a refund?
If the Technical Inspection is completed inside an hour, you will the 2nd hour refunded. We cannot refund delivery or the labour performed in the first hour.
I think my system has a gas leak.
Have you tried performing a bubble test yourself and/or checking obvious leak points? Otherwise, we can try our best to identify it. There can be more than one leak, and kegs themselves are candidates for leaks at seals.
Will I get a a refund if the source of the leak can’t be located/fixed or if a leak reoccurs shortly after service call out?
No. We will focus our efforts on locating the leak, but as you well know this can be difficult. A lifetime leak-free guarantee is not as part of the call-out.
There is a no refund policy on any time spent on-site by our technicians.
Minimum cost of labour - e.g. the "search" for the leak is €60.
I won’t need a full end-to-end service here, can your technician just focus on locating the leak?
No worries! Note that this is still charged on an hourly basis The honest efforts of our technicians and the cost associated with their time on site incurs the fees outlined.
The kit was fully serviced by you guys before, and I’m now having issues again
Do you have an order number for our previous call-out? Unfortunately, We cannot extend the duty of care past our technician leaving site.
- I am responsible to ensure my gas and beer system is balanced correctly.
- I am responsible to ensure my gas and beer system is leak free.
- I am responsible for technical mistakes I may make with equipment.
- Keg dispense requires specialist equipment, reading, learning and listening.
- I agree to report any fault with this item within 2 working days of purchase.
- I agree to make every effort to return the item for inspection within 5 working days if there is a fault.
