Shipping policy

Collection from our depot You can collect any order from our depot at Unit 58 KCR Industrial Estate, Kimmage, Dublin 12, D12 XN50, free of charge. We always try to have items ready ahead of your requested collection time. Opening hours: Monday–Thursday 10am–4pm, Friday 10am–3pm, Saturday 11am–2pm, closed Sunday.

Van delivery — kegs, gas, rental equipment and services We deliver and set up kegs, rental equipment and gas all over Ireland ourselves, and the fee is based on distance from our Dublin 12 depot:

• Within 20km: a flat €50 to deliver and €50 to collect.
• Beyond 20km: both legs together are charged at €1.125 per kilometre travelled (€0.91 ex VAT), calculated on the full round trip.
• If you return rental equipment yourself, you pay for delivery only.
• A minimum fee of €50 per leg applies.

Your exact fee is calculated at checkout from your Eircode. You can get an estimate before you order with our Delivery Cost Estimator. Because we're Dublin-based, delivery to distant counties can get expensive, and collecting from the depot is often the better-value option.

We generally deliver rental systems on Thursdays and Fridays and collect on Mondays (or Tuesdays). Earlier deliveries can be arranged. Saturday and evening deliveries can be arranged, but additional rates may apply. Delivery days and times selected online are a request only, not a guarantee. We'll contact you to agree a day and time, and our technician provides updates from the road on the day.

Courier delivery — parts and small items Smaller items and parts, such as John Guest fittings, wash bottles and PerfectDraft kegs, ship nationwide by DPD for €10. Select the third-party courier option at checkout rather than van delivery. Van delivery is priced for our own team to drive out, so it will look expensive on a small item.

DPD orders are generally collected from us the following working day. Standard delivery is next working day within Dublin and up to three working days nationwide. You'll receive a DPD tracking number by email, and DPD's customer service number is (090) 642 0500.

Pallet delivery — larger boxed items Larger boxed items, such as fully boxed coolers, fridges and tap systems, can be sent by pallet for €100.

Northern Ireland and Great Britain Northern Ireland and Great Britain addresses can't currently be selected at checkout, but we can ship smaller items by post or courier on request. Email us your full address. The rate varies but is rarely much more than our standard €10 fee, and larger items can go by pallet with a price on request. For rental equipment, the per-km rate makes delivery to Northern Ireland impractical, so we recommend collecting yourself or arranging a third party to collect and return it.

International We can ship smaller parts abroad with An Post. We get an estimate from An Post and send you a quotation to be paid in advance. If shipping works out cheaper, you may be entitled to a partial refund. For kegs, gas and tap systems, we use a logistics partner to price shipping by Europallet, and payment in advance secures your booking. Delays, customs and last-leg courier issues are outside our control.
