Looking to return an empty PerfectDraft Keg?

Here's how you can get the €5 Keg Fee back!

1. Ship it to us

Purchase a DPD label on this page. We will organise pickup by courier on your requested collection date (See calendar widget). Please choose a weekday at least 2 working days from today. No weekends or bank holidays.

If you received your PerfectDraft kegs from us, reuse the box they arrived in. Couriers will reject any returns not in a suitable, secure box.

Each return label is valid for one return of up to 4 kegs. Any additional returns incur an additional fee.

Be sure to include a copy of your receipt in the box. You would have received one on delivery. If you can't find that you should have also received an email version which can be printed. You will recive your funds as soon as we receive the keg(s)!*

*We use Stripe/Shopify for our payments. When we instruct them to issue a refund, your card will normally receive the funds back within 10 business days. 

So, up to 2 full weeks is possible. We really wish this was not the case. 

The timeline of this process is beyond our control. We cannot speed it up, and we cannot request any greater information for you. “Due to varying processing times at your customer's bank, it might take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to be received. NOTE: You can return empty PerfectDraft kegs to us, even if they weren't originally purchased from us

2. "Like for Like" Swaps at the door

For transactions in-store, we will simply waive PerfectDraft keg fees based on empties returned. For example, if you purchase four new PerfectDraft kegs and return three, you will only have to pay one keg fee.

3. Surrendering swaps for credit on other items

When you return PerfectDraft Kegs, you will be given €5 credit per keg. This can only be used against same-day transactions (i.e. it cannot be used on future orders). However, it can be used against any product.

4. Surrendering with previous transactions from us

If you are not looking to make a purchase at the moment, but you have previosuly transacted with us, we may be able in a position to refund the €5 back to the orginal form of payment on a previous order. That is provided we can locate an order in our system. A receipt or a historic order number is extremely helpful in this case.

Note: It may be more practical to hold on to your empties until you do wish to make a purchase with us. 

5. Surrendering without previous transactions from us

See Options 2 and 3 (can be used as swaps or as credit against other items).
If you dont wish to make a purchase, consider returning your empties to the original supplier.
