This is a special/unique European variation of an S-Type/Sankey tapping head with three notches rather than two - known as a "6 Lug"
This coupler works for San Miguel - Pilsner - 5.0% ABV, 30l Keg (53 Pints)
It has also been known to work for Alhambra and Mahou Kegs.
The barbed fittings as seen in the pictures are fully removable.
Standard 1/2" BSP thread underneath.
