Brewer's Notes

"This is an Irish take on a modern American Pale Ale. Body Riddle has a light malt base of floor malted British Pale Malt, Carapils and Wheat Malt. In the foreground are Lemondrop, Galaxy, Simcoe and Ekuanot hops.

A summery, hazy straw colour presents an off-white head. Get ready for hoppy aromas of lemon rind, passionfruit, grapefruit, and fresh pine.

Light on the palette with medium carbonation, Body Riddle Pale Ale has a fresh, crisp, velvety sessionable body. This floral taste is what makes new wave craft beers so appealing. And there’s a nice bitterness on the backend too. If you’re looking for a fresh, hoppy American Pale Ale, Body Riddle is as good as it gets.
