"Our wheat beer for those who love strong Bavarian yeasts! Its pronounced top-fermented profile brings nuances of ripe banana and clove typical for white beer.

For the original white, our master brewers use caramel malt. With its roasted hints it provides a hearty character - a full-bodied-tasty treat! The slightly higher carbon dioxide content makes it a tingling taste experience. 

If you like down to earth, you will enjoy our rustic Weißbierschmankerl. 

Brewed according to the Bavarian Purity Law: water, malt, hops and yeast. Then nothing.

The ERDINGER Urweisse is brewed according to a recipe from the founding days of the brewery.

Important note for allergy sufferers: Our wheat beer specialties contain both barleyand wheat malt!"
